Whale Sharks in the Yucatan – A New Documentary

Written by on August 29, 2013 in Other News, Sharks

Marine scientist, conservationist and artist Dr. Guy Harvey is presenting his latest documentary, “Whale Sharks in the Yucatan: A Guy Harvey Expedition,” tomorrow, August 30, at the Georgia Aquarium.

As we mentioned earlier this week, hundreds of whale sharks gather every year off Isla Mujeres to feed and the documentary is full of spectacular footage of this event. It is narrated by Dr. Harvey and focuses on his scientific encounters with the whale sharks in this area.
