Did you know that freediving champions have twice the lung capacity of the average adult human? A new documentary, On A Long Breath, explores the underwater world of freediving through through the eyes of world champion freediver Pierre Frolla.

The film covers 51 days of underwater exploration with Pierre in the Mediterranean Sea, and the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic Oceans, where he interacts with sharks, sperm whales, and even a moray eel. Watch the trailer below to learn more!
