Great White Shark vs. Killer Whale
Back in 2013, we wondered which of these top predators would end up on top: a great white shark or an orca. Even though a great white’s razor sharp teeth might look more intimidating, the orca is the clear winner, based on it’s size and hunting techniques. Check out the post to learn more.
And if that’s not enough to convince you that orcas are the top predator, hopefully this headline will: “Sevengill throws itself out of the sea to escape killer whales.”
That’s right. A sevengill shark actually had to be rescued last week because it had launched itself out of the water to escape the pod of orcas that were hunting it. Read the Inquisitr article for the details.
