Interlux Waterfront Challenge: Help Improve Your Local Waterfront

Written by on August 20, 2012 in Marine Life, Technology

Interlux Yacht Finishes, division of International Paint LLC, is accepting applications for The Waterfront Challenge–a nation-wide competition designed to encourage people to improve their local waterfront and provide them with an opportunity to do so.

Everyone is eligible to enter–from families to yacht clubs–as long as the group contains three or more people, and has a group leader who is at least 18 years old.  Any new project that requires at least two days of work and is dedicated to improving your waterfront will be considered.

Interlux will present seven awards of $4,500 to the top project in each region of North America.  They will also present one grand prize winner with $20,000.  Awards will be announced on October 27, 2012 during the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
