Cyclops Shark is the Real Deal

According to two scientists from the Interdisciplinary Center of Marine Sciences and other media sources, the pictures that surfaced a couple months ago of a Cyclops shark fetus are real. Read the full story from Discovery News.  The unfortunate part of this story is that Dusky Sharks are often illegally harvested for their fins.  They are listed as threatened by the International Union for the Conservation of Nature.
