Through a Fish’s Eyes provides an important information on the challeneges and opportunities facing fish and their habitats.  The report examines human effects on fish habitats throughout the United States and was developed by the public/private partnership of the National Fish Habitat Action Plan.  It reviews the threats to aquatic habitats, the major souces of these threats and some of the successful efforts to address these threats.  It also highlights the need for strategic use of limited resources and the importance of identifying the most effective use of funds to help the nation make progress in fish habitat conservation.
